Water rafting & other adventure sports are carried out in the rapid currents of river Kundalika.
Here are things you must do when in Kolad:
1. White Water Rafting:
Kundalika is the only river in Maharashtra with currents & water volumes good enough for white river rafting. The actual rafting takes about 2 hours amongst breathtaking views of the surrounding trees, bushes & hillocks through which the river flows.
2. River Crossing (low ropes & high ropes):
The river crossing is a technique which allows you to travel across the river currents with the aid of a low-hanging rope. The low ropes activity is also called as monkey crawling given its resemblance to the manner in which monkeys hang from branches of trees!

Kayaking is a fun canoeing experience in a kayak – a narrow boat which allows you to explore the water currents in the petite boat. The activity is super fun & recommended for all swimmers as well as non-swimmers. Kayaking in white water rapids is an altogether different & must have experience for adventure enthusiasts!
